REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with all original tags and labelled attached. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return an item, please contact us at info@alleysofscentsuk.com. Items set back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send back your return item.

We do not accept exchanges. Sale items cannot be returned.

All products are carefully checked before they are shipped. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@alleysofscentsuk.com, including a photo/video within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will be happy to resolve the issue.
